From the Wikipedia page [1]

The Celestial alphabet is an alphabet created by Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa, more commonly known as the Angelic Script, in the 16th Century.

It is not to be confused with the Enochian alphabet, created by John Dee and Edward Kelley which is also sometimes called the Celestial alphabet. Other alphabets with a similar origin are Transitus Fluvii and Malachim.
